John F. Cassidy

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jack Cassidy is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cincinnati Bell Inc. He reports directly to the Board of Directors and is also a member of the Board.

Mr. Cassidy is responsible for developing, establishing and executing the company's strategic and operational plans for all Cincinnati Bell companies including Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cincinnati Bell Telephone, Cincinnati Bell Entertainment, Cincinnati Bell Any Distance, and Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions.

Previously, Mr. Cassidy served as President and COO of the local Cincinnati Bell operations. As President of Cincinnati Bell Wireless, he led the company’s launch into the wireless business, and later, the prepaid PCS business, branded i-wireless.

Prior to launching Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Mr. Cassidy served as Vice President of Sales for Cantel, Canada's largest cellular provider. He joined Cantel after holding the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ericsson Communication's mobile handset business, where he was responsible for the brand's introduction in North America. Mr. Cassidy was formerly Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the General Electric cellular phone business.

After attending Cleveland State University's Management and Labor Relations program, Mr. Cassidy also served in executive-level positions in Labor Relations and Human Resources for TransOhio Savings Bank and the Cleveland Press.

Beyond his work in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Cassidy is also an active member of the community. He serves on the boards of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Cincinnati Business Committee, Cincinnati Museum Center, University Hospital, 3CDC, the Boomer Esiason Foundation and is the past chair of the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce's Regional Technology Initiative as well as the current Chair of the Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator Program. Mr. Cassidy has been honored as the Personal Communications Industry Association's (PCIA) Distinguished Corporate Citizen, the Boomer Esiason Foundation's Man of the Year and the Cincinnati Friars Club's Man of the Year. He also has been awarded the NAACP's Wright Overstreet Award for Education, the Cincinnati School Board's "Making A Difference" award, and the 2007 Cincinnatus Association John E. Pepper Award. Most recently, Jack was recipient of the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission “Connecting Cultures & Communities” award; and Cincinnati Bell and Jack Cassidy were honored as JDRF 2008 Cincinnatians of the Year.

Mr. Cassidy was named the Clay Pigeon Magazine's Shooting Sportsman of the Year for 2003. He was awarded an Honorary PhD from Cleveland State University in 2006.


Brian A. Ross

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Ross is Chief Financial Officer for Cincinnati Bell Inc. He reports directly to Jack Cassidy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cincinnati Bell.

Mr. Ross has held a variety of positions during his tenure with Cincinnati Bell. Prior to his current position, Mr. Ross served as senior vice president of finance and accounting. Starting as assistant treasurer in 1995, he also has served as Vice President of Finance and accounting for Cincinnati Bell Wireless from 1999 to 2001.

He has also held various financial management positions with Mead Corporation, U.S. Shoe and Student Loan Funding Resources. Mr. Ross began his career as an instructor of economics at Miami University.

Mr. Ross is a board member for The Cincinnati Equity Fund, KnowledgeFunding Ohio, Student Lending Works and Diamond Fiber Composites, Inc.

He earned a bachelor's degrees in economics, mathematics and statistics from Miami University and a master's degree in statistics from the University of California.



Traci Bolte

Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications

Traci Bolte is the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Cincinnati Bell, Inc. and is responsible for all communications with the financial community and with the local and national media. She reports directly to Brian Ross, Cincinnati Bell's Chief Financial Officer.

Mrs. Bolte joined Cincinnati Bell in 1999 and most recently served as the director of investor relations. In addition to assignments with increasing responsibility in finance and operations with Cincinnati Bell, her past experience includes work for Midland Enterprises and the Legal Aid Society of Cincinnati.

Mrs. Bolte is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the 2007 Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce Women Excel (WE) Lead program.

She received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a graduate of Xavier University's MBA program.




Jeff Coleman

Vice President - Internal Controls

Jeff Coleman is Vice President of Internal Controls for Cincinnati Bell Inc. He is responsible for the company’s internal financial, operational and IT audit functions. He reports directly to Jack Cassidy, president and CEO of Cincinnati Bell with a dotted line to the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Cincinnati Bell, Mr. Coleman held a variety of positions with the H.J. Heinz Company, Ernst & Young, and most recently as Director of Internal Audit for Convergys.

He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Information System Audit and Control Association. Mr. Coleman is President of the Cincinnati Bell Pioneers volunteer organization and the Treasurer of Union Baptist Church.

Mr. Coleman earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University.






Kurt A. Freyberger

Vice President and Controller

Kurt Freyberger is Vice President and Controller for Cincinnati Bell Inc. As the chief accounting officer of the company, he is responsible for all internal and external financial reporting and reports directly to Brian Ross, Cincinnati Bell's Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Cincinnati Bell, Mr. Freyberger was employed by Chiquita Brands International, serving in various capacities including assistant corporate controller and director of financial reporting. Prior to working at Chiquita, Mr. Freyberger was an audit manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Freyberger is a member of the Ft. Thomas Lions Club and audit committee of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.

He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University.







Brian G. Keating

Vice President - Human Resources & Administration

Brian Keating is Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Cincinnati Bell Inc. He is responsible for HR policy development and administration, management and leadership development, employee and labor relations, health and safety and security and corporate services. He reports directly to Jack Cassidy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cincinnati Bell.

Mr. Keating joined Cincinnati Bell Telephone in 1978. During his tenure he has held many different positions including: frame technician, station installation technician, labor relations manager, retail stores and credit card processing center director, consumer sales and service director and labor relations director. In 2000, Mr. Keating became vice president of human resources for Cincinnati operations and in 2003 was promoted to his current position.

He has been active in numerous community organizations, such as the Hearing, Speech and Deaf Center of Cincinnati, Korean Family Connections and the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Red Cross. He has also served as a board member of Cintel Federal Credit Union.

Mr. Keating earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the Ohio Bar.



Kim Sheehy

Vice President and Treasurer

Kim Sheehy is Vice President and Treasurer for Cincinnati Bell, Inc. Her responsibilities include cash and balance sheet management, financing, bank and investment bank management, risk management, and pension administration. She reports directly to Brian Ross, Cincinnati Bell's Chief Financial Officer.

Mrs. Sheehy joined the company in 1996 as the managing director of corporate tax and most recently served as the vice president of financial planning and analysis. Her previous experience includes accounting and tax positions at Ernst & Young. She is is a certified public accountant in the state of Ohio and a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She was also honored by the Cincinnati's One Hundred Wise Women program, which helps rising women leaders in Greater Cincinnati connect with some of the community's most accomplished women.

Mrs. Sheehy is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati receiving her bachelor's degree in accounting.




Christopher J. Wilson

Vice President and General Counsel

Chris Wilson is Vice President and General Counsel of Cincinnati Bell Inc. Responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the company, he reports directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Jack Cassidy.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Wilson served as associate general counsel and assistant corporate secretary for the company's Cincinnati-based operating subsidiaries. Before joining the in-house legal team at Cincinnati Bell, he was a partner at Frost Brown Todd LLP.

Mr. Wilson is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Cincinnati Bar Association. He serves on the steering committee of the Greater Cincinnati Minority Counsel Program and the advisory committee of the National Association of Minority and Women-Owned Law Firms. He is a former board member of the Northern Kentucky International Trade Association.

Mr. Wilson earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Thomas More College and a law degree from the University of Notre Dame.
