How to Become a Partner

Cincinnati Bell makes it easy for you to become a WiFi Hot Spot partner. We take the guesswork out of ordering by providing simple-to-follow steps to becoming a WiFi Hot Spot Partner.

  1. Contact your Cincinnati Bell Account Manager or call 513-566-5050.
  2. A Cincinnati Bell Account Manager will contact you to select the most convenient date and time to meet you at your venue. During this meeting, he/she will determine your exact needs and requirements as a basis for the WiFi Hot Spot Partner Agreement.
  3. Two copies of a personalized WiFi Hot Spot Partner Agreement will be sent to you. One copy will need to be signed and returned to Cincinnati Bell.
  4. Your location will be listed on the Cincinnati Bell website after installation.
  5. Cincinnati Bell's WiFi specialists will install the WiFi network, ensuring high quality WiFi signals in the agreed locations within your venue.
  6. You will receive a full kit of promotion materials. This kit will include everything you need to make your guests/customers aware of the new wireless Internet access service in your location.

With WiFi, users can connect multiple computers to their network without the additional wiring. And they can use a laptop anywhere and still be connected to the Internet. A WiFi Hot Spot is a public area like an airport, hotel, restaurant or coffee shop where visitors can get wireless access to the Internet at broadband speed. At WiFi-enabled locations, users can simply open their Internet browser and log into the network. It's that easy!
