Fusion WiFi is an add-on feature to qualifying mobile rate plans and requires the purchase of a Fusion WiFi capable wireless handset. Fusion WiFi not available on i Wireless. Fusion WiFi subscribers who also subscribe to ZoomTown high-speed internet service will receive unlimited Fusion WiFi usage at any WiFi location. Unlimited Fusion WiFi usage only applies when a call is initially received or made when connected to any WiFi location. The handset's Fusion WiFi indicator (green dot) must be shown at the initiation of a call for the call to be rated as Fusion WiFi; no portion of a call initiated on the GSM mobile network will be rated as a Fusion WiFi call. Calls initiated on the GSM mobile network will be billed in accordance with your mobile rate plan. Fusion WiFi non-Dayton area subscribers who do not subscribe to ZoomTown will be billed for Fusion WiFi usage in accordance with the subscriber's mobile rate plan. You may not be able to access all WiFi networks that are visible on your handset. You will only be able to connect to non-secured/open WiFi networks or secured networks for which you have the SSID & security code. Fusion WiFi call performance may vary based on number of users on same access point at once and in-building interference sources.
Unlimited Everyday Calling feature includes unlimited calls to/from any Cincinnati Bell mobile or landline phone number. Caller ID must be received on incoming calls. Toll Free 800 #s, 411 Directory Assistance, Operator (0), international calls, and forwarded calls are not included and will be charged in accordance with your mobile rate plan.
Unlimited Wireless Minutes requires a wireless high-speed Internet (WiFi) connection and a Fusion WiFi-capable phone.
Offer Valid with Fusion WiFi service only. Twenty-four month service agreement required.
$30 activation fee and credit check are required for new wireless subscriptions. Peak
hours are 6 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday – Friday. Off-peak (A.K.A. "Nights and Weekends") hours
are 9 p.m. – 6 a.m. Monday – Friday and Weekends. Overage minute charges of up to $.45/min., taxes, fees and surcharges are in addition to package/plan price. There are no roaming or long distance charges for calls made anywhere in the U.S. on advertised plans. Additional charges for optional services, taxes, fees and surcharges apply. The following surcharges are not required taxes or government charges: Administrative Cost Recovery charge of $1.92 and Universal Service Fee (USF) which varies quarterly. Taxes, fees and surcharges may add 9%-23% to residential bills.
ZoomTown service fees apply and vary based on bundle status. ZoomTown high-speed internet not available in all areas. Credit approval required. Taxes and government fees are additional to the package price. Subscription cancellation may result in an equipment
charge. Standard ZoomTown Terms of Service apply to calls and/or content obtained in
using your Fusion WiFi phone. ZoomTown makes no in building coverage claims for wireless
networking.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Emergency 911 calls on your Fusion WiFi phone require ability to connect
to the GSM mobile network. 911 calls initiated on WiFi will be routed to the GSM mobile network for completion to emergency services where the GSM mobile network is available. 911 calls initiated on WiFi where GSM mobile coverage is not available WILL NOT BE COMPLETED. Cincinnati Bell is not responsible for the failure to complete a 911 call where GSM mobile coverage is not available.
