Cincinnati Bell Any Distance customer, subscribing to the Cincinnati Bell Any Distance
offer will require a change from your current long distance carrier to Cincinnati Bell
Any Distance for IntraLata and InterLata Calls. A one-time $5.50 charge for a carrier
change will apply. Telephone access, calling card, Universal Service Fund (USF) charges,
Administrative Cost Recovery fees, Kentucky Intraconnection fees and taxes will continue
to apply on a per-line basis. A 69ยข domestic and $1.25 International per-calling surcharge
applies to calls made with your Cincinnati Bell Any Distance Calling Card. 30 free minutes
and per-minute rate plans are limited to direct-dialed calls within the United States.
Operator-assisted interstate rate per minute is $1.15 with additional charges applying
for person-to-person, collect, third party, calling cards, pay phones or operator dialed
