Toll-free numbers are not just a great way to make it convenient for your customers and vendors to call you, but also a great way to save your company money (versus hotel long distance costs) by enabling your employees to call in to the office to check their messages and conduct business conversations while on the road.
Each toll-free number is $7.50/month*. Per-minute rates vary according to your long distance plan.
International plans
- Universal I: Great low international rates with no monthly fee
- Universal III: $5.00 monthly fee, plus each country's discounted per minute rate
- Universal IV: For businesses that use more than 2,000 domestic long distance minutes per month, you pay no monthly fee and qualify for larger discounts on international rates
Dedicated long distance
Universal V:
- With altafiber's dedicated long distance service, you pay no monthly fee and qualify for the lowest per minute rate available
- Ideal for large businesses that use more than 30,000 domestic long distance minutes per month
Telephone access, Universal Service Fund (USF) charges, Administrative Cost Recovery fees, Kentucky Intraconnection fees and taxes will continue to apply on a per-line basis. 30 free minutes and per-minute rate plans are limited to direct-dialed calls within the United States.
