Insufficient funds are handled in the same manner as an overdraft for a written check. If you do not have an arrangement with your bank to cover any charges made to your account when you have insufficient funds, you will incur a returned check fee from Cincinnati Bell that will appear on your next bill. You can cancel a scheduled payment all the way up until the Due Date on your bill by logging into your My Cincinnati Bell account and clicking on the Billing & Payment header. From that drop down you will select Autopay Settings. From the Autopay screen you will click the Schedule Payment tab and at the bottom of this screen you will see an option to Cancel my Next Scheduled Payment Only. This will cancel just the next scheduled payment. If you select the Cancel Autopay option this will cancel all future scheduled payments. If you cancel Autopay you will need to mail your payment into manually make your payments each month in order to avoid late charges.
